First grade battled well with no luck, and weren’t able to put together any valuable partnerships and after 46 overs were all out for 98. Highlight of the day was a well played 20, by 3rd grader Matt Tatum.. Well played Matt…
PBC went into bat, knowing it would help to have the runs scored by closed of play… An score the runs they did finishing with 1/99… The only wicket came from a sharp run out by Gavin Skittles Skeet…
:: second grade ::
With a player down, Captain Smith decided to bat, to do the best they could.. Unfortunately things didn’t start well, and after 10 overs they were 4/29.. Thanks to strong innings from Les Ham (30), Jason Roberts (36), and Matt Ludwig (23) the score was made to look a bit more respectable, finishing on 9/140..
By close of play PBC had passed 142, scoring at more than 5 an over, they finished the day 3/202..
